We Have Funded

The funds that we raise go towards a number of small and larger projects to give extra benefits to the children. Here are just some of the things that we have funded in the past from previous fundraising:

New Playground Benches

The old playground benches had come to the end of their life and needed to be disposed of for health and safety reasons so new ones were desperately needed for the children to have places to sit and eat their lunches and at other times. We funded the purchase of 6 new benches for all of the children to use.

Stable

The stable was purchased for all years to use as a changing area for forest school. This means that the children have a dedicated space, under cover, to get muddy clothes and boots on and off, saving the classrooms for getting dirty. It also has storage for spare forest school clothing for those who either forget or do not have the right equipment with them, enabling all children to fully participate in the nurturing sessions that forest school gives.

New Playground Equipment

Thanks to the great response we had to the postcard auction, as well as other events that we have run, we were able to make a significant donation to go towards the excellent new apparatus on the playing field.
