Easter Event

There will be food and drink (pizza and hot and cold drinks) as well as games and an Easter hunt around the playground. We will have the usual tombola and raffle as well. We are asking for Easter egg donations from parents please - these can be brought into school on the mornings of Monday 20th and Tuesday 21st March. There will be a collection point in front of the office. We would love to have some help at this event so that we can have all the games and activities for the children to take part in - these events can't run without you :-) If you can sign up for a half hour slot or two that would be much appreciated! Mini Summer Fair

We will now be doing a smaller event on the Friday but will still have fun and games and food and drink from 3.15pm to 4.45pm.

Christmas Fair 2023
Cliff Lane Primary School Cliff Lane, Ipswich, Suffolk, United KingdomWe will be having our Christmas Fair after school on Friday 8th December. Bring the family along to play games and check out all the things that the children have made. Each class has been given £20.23 to use to make things that they can sell at the fair (enterprise money). This gives the children a chance to learn about business, budgeting, designing and many more things. They will each be selling their items in their year group classrooms so come and see what they have made. There will also be games to play in the hall and food and drink in the canteen. We also hope to have some singing entertainment to get you in the Christmas spirit.
2024 Summer Fair

There will be games, tombola, pizza, ice cream and drinks as well as the usual raffle. CLF AGM
OnlineWe need a quorum of members to attend the AGM in order for us to vote in the committee. Please attend if you can so that we can do this. Most, if not all, of the committee are standing again so you won't be roped in (unless you want to of course!) The AGM will be online and the link will be sent out in a newsletter, published on our Facebook page and added on here.
Halloween Trail
Cliff Lane Primary School Cliff Lane, Ipswich, Suffolk, United KingdomWe know you loved the Halloween trail that we ran on the school field a few years ago so we are doing it again in 2024. There will be a spooky trail to follow, some food and drink and also some games to play. Added to that we will be having a pumpkin carving competition where you can bring in your carved pumpkins and we will light them up along the playground.
Christmas Wreath Making Workshops 2024
St Luke's Church Hall 78 Cliff Lane, Ipswich, Suffolk, United KingdomAfter the success of last year, we will be running 4 Christmas wreath making workshops where you can make your own wreath, supervised by our own trained florist, Lisa Overton. All materials will be provided so you don't need to bring anything but yourself unless you have anything special you wish to add to your wreath. You may want to bring along personal decorations - ribbon, baubles, feathers for example. You will need to bring secateurs if you have them and might want gloves for handling holly etc. Refreshments (tea/coffee and mince pies) will also be provided (or you can bring your own) so come and have a fun morning or afternoon making a wreath with friends (please note numbers are limited). This event is open to anybody. The 2 sessions are 10.30am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 3.30pm on Saturday 30th November and Saturday 7th December. Easter Eggstravaganza – Cancelled!

We will still be holding a chocolate tombola straight after school on Friday 4th April and would love your donations in the week leading up to this. Thank you.
