DESCRIPTION:We are holding an Easter event in the playground on Thursday 26th March\, straight after school. \nPlease come along to support us – we will have games\, food and drink and a raffle. \nRaffle tickets will be sent out prior to the event so that we can get them all back in before the day. There will be some great prizes on offer including Easter hampers. \nAs always\, we will need volunteers for the event and you can sign up here to help out for just half an hour if you are able to. The more volunteers we have\, the more we can offer the children to do.

SUMMARY:Christmas Wreath Making Workshops 2025
DESCRIPTION:Back again for 2025\, we will be running 4 Christmas wreath making workshops where you can make your own wreath\, supervised by our own trained florist\, Lisa Overton. \nAll materials will be provided so you don’t need to bring anything but yourself unless you have anything special you wish to add to your wreath. You may want to bring along personal decorations – ribbon\, baubles\, feathers for example. You will need to bring secateurs if you have them and might want gloves for handling holly etc. \nRefreshments (tea/coffee and mince pies) will also be provided (or you can bring your own) so come and have a fun morning or afternoon making a wreath with friends (please note numbers are limited). \nThis event is open to anybody but sessions do get sold out so please book early. \nAll proceeds from this event go towards the Cliff Lane Friends charity. \nThe 2 sessions are 10.30am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 3.30pm on Saturday 6th December and Saturday 13th December. \nYou will need to book in advance and you can buy tickets via the shop. \n

DESCRIPTION:We will be launching our Wonka Bar sale on Roald Dahl Day\, Wednesday 13th September. Order your chocolate bar between 13th and 20th September at £2 each for a large chocolate bar – once all of the orders are in we will wrap all of the Wonka Bars and randomly distribute the golden tickets. There will be at least 10 golden ticket winners with the top prize being a… \nFire HD 8 kids pro Tablet!\nYou can order as many chocolate bars as you like\, just get your orders in by the 20th. We will be in front of the school from 8.20am to 8.40am on 13th\, 14th\, 15th\, 18th\, 19th & 20th September to take your orders. Once we have all the orders we will get to wrapping the chocolate and let you know when they are available for collection! Collection will likely be week commencing 25th September but we will keep you posted. SUMMARY:Art on a Postcard Preview
DESCRIPTION:Come and join us for a look at all of the postcards that will be in the online auction as well as all of the other postcards created by the children at the school – altogether there will be around 400 postcards! \nThe children’s postcards that have not been selected for the auction will be available for sale for £2 each. You can buy the postcards at the preview event and collect them at a later date once the preview is over (as we want everyone to see them in all of their glory throughout the preview event!). \nWe will have on display the 80+ postcards from artists and celebrities that you can take a look at and start your bidding on. It is great to see all of the fantastic postcards ‘in the flesh’ so that you can see what you might be buying. \nThe exhibition will be opened by the Mayor of Ipswich!

DESCRIPTION:We have an amazing array of artwork for sale by auction between 18th February and 4th March. Many talented artists have kindly donated artworks for the auction and there is undoubtedly something for everyone. \nWe are very grateful in particular to Maggi Hambling\, Axel Scheffler\, Jimmy Doherty and Alex Horne for donating cards and we expect those to generate a lot of interest! \nWe really need to raise funds to replace the old playground equipment for the children and the money raised from this auction will go towards that.
