Sunflower Growing Competition
If you took part in the Jolly Postman Trail then you should now have received your certificate, chocolate coins and sunflower seeds via Royal Mail. The sunflower seeds relate to the Jolly Postman story where he comes across Jack and the Beanstalk but we are challenging you to grow sunflowers rather than beans! To enter the competition, all you need to do is plant your seeds within a week of receiving them (ideally between 10th and 15th April) and watch them grow. Our latest event is an Easter Trail. After a really successful Halloween trail we have decided to do another one! Get the whole family involved from 26th March-9th April 2021 and participate in The Jolly Postman’s Journey. This is focused on the book by Janet and Allan Ahlberg. At just £2.00 per child they get to follow the Jolly Postman’s journey around the local area of Ipswich, collecting postmen’s and postladies’ names as they go, out of 40 Houses. Pre-Loved Uniform
Cliff Lane Friends holds a wide range of logo and non-logo pre-loved uniform. Help us raise more money while also helping the environment by reusing and recycling clothing. You can do this either buy buying pre-loved uniform (all in good condition) or by donating pre-loved uniform to CLF (good condition, primarily logo items please). To buy any pre-loved uniform, please go to the shop on our website. You can select from the clothes that we have available and these will be reserved for you. We will then contact you to arrange collection and payment by cash.
